A Healthy Shot a Day…

Healthy shots, or immune-boosting wellness shots, have been making a buzz on social media and have become a trend for largely positive reasons. However, my suggestion for you to hop on this bandwagon is not due to influencer culture, but because of my own experience incorporating them into my diet for over a year now.
After being repulsed by how much one tiny unit of these shots retails for, I decided to find a few recipes and make my own completely organic versions to see how I would fare with them incorporated into my daily routine.
Although I recommend that everyone include a health shot in their diet at least 5 out of 7 days a week, I especially emphasise its importance for anyone currently going through a difficult time.
