These policies are only effective for purchases made on the consecratedpodcast.org or beautyforasheslife.com platforms. If items were bought on Amazon or any other online or retail store, then they are subject to the refund and purchase terms of that particular online or retail store.

1. Our Commitment to You
We believe in generosity, excellence, and stewardship. If you have an issue with your order, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and respectfully. Please reach out, we’re here to help.

2. Physical Products

You may request a refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 days of receiving your item if:
• The wrong item was sent
• The item is faulty

Change of Mind (Generous Option)

Although not required by law, we understand that sometimes circumstances change.
If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer:
• Exchange or
• Store credit
provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned within 15 days.
(Refunds for change-of-mind purchases may be offered at our discretion, as an act of goodwill.)

Because digital products are delivered instantly, they are normally non-refundable.
However, in the spirit of generosity, we will offer a refund if:

4. Returns Shipping

For faulty or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost.
For all returns the customer is responsible for return postage.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Store credit and exchanges are processed sooner.

We are deeply grateful for your generosity and prayerful support of this ministry. Your giving enables us to continue the work God has entrusted to us; spreading the Gospel, encouraging believers, and resourcing the body of Christ.

All financial gifts, donations, partnerships, tithes and offerings (“giving”) received are used to support the ministry purposes of The Consecrated Ministry, which are strictly limited to:
• Spreading the message of the Gospel through podcasts, events, and resources.
• Ministry operations and administration.
• Outreach, missions, and community support.
• Media, equipment, and technology for ministry use.

2. Designated Giving

If you give toward a specific project, we will make every effort to honour that request. However, to maintain good stewardship and flexibility, The Consecrated Ministry reserves the right to redirect funds to the area of greatest need if a project is over-funded, completed, or no longer viable.

3. No Refund Policy

All donations and gifts are non-refundable. Once processed, funds cannot be returned.

Giving, sowing, or partnering with this ministry is a personal act of faith and obedience to the Lord. While we believe in the spiritual principle that “whoever sows generously will also reap generously” (2 Corinthians 9:6), we do not make any financial promises, guarantees, or assurances of return.
